According to NIDA……….illicit drug use amongst 8th-12th grade students declined from 19.4% in 2001 to 14.8% in 2007.
According to NHTSA……..alcohol related fatalities on U.S. roads declined from 26,173 in 1982 to 11,773 in 2009.
